Grey Glacier Navigation & Torres del Paine Tour

Description: This tour begins with a pickup from all passenger accommodations in Puerto Natales. The specific pickup time depends on the availability of catamaran slots at the time of booking. Once all passengers are on board our van, we head directly to Torres del Paine National Park, entering through the Serrano Entrance (approximately a 2-hour drive). There, we will check in and present our park entrance tickets—which must be purchased in advance at www.pasesparques.cl—in QR code format. Please ensure you have a photo or screenshot of your QR code ready.

After passing through the Serrano entrance (restrooms and information area available), we will proceed to Hotel Grey. Here, we will validate your reservation and check-in while awaiting departure confirmation from the captain of the “GREY III” vessel. Please note: in the event of high winds or weather conditions that pose a safety risk, the catamaran will not depart. This is at the captain’s sole discretion for passenger safety. If this occurs, passengers may reschedule or request a refund for the navigation portion (see terms and conditions for more details).

Once the departure is cleared, we will drive to the Grey Beach sector. From there, we will begin a 45-minute walk to reach the boarding point. Once everyone is on board, we will begin our navigation across Grey Lake.

We will cruise among stunning icebergs to reach the face of the towering Grey Glacier. The glacier walls currently stand over 30 meters high and span nearly 6 kilometers in width. During the tour, we will enjoy a complimentary toast with ancient glacial ice.

After the 3-hour navigation, we will return via the same beach to the starting point, where our driver will be waiting. Once all passengers have returned, we will head back to Puerto Natales, dropping you off at your respective accommodations or the city’s main square.
